Known for his expertise in coffee selection and cupping, Bagersh has built on this long-standing tradition with a strong commitment to quality and careful processing. Produced by Bagersh in the highlands of southern Ethiopia, this Sidamo Washed Grade 2 reflects the distinctive character of the region. High elevations, fertile soils, and favorable growing conditions encourage slow cherry maturation, contributing to the coffee’s characteristic sweetness and complexity. Ripe cherries are delivered to washing stations, where they are pulped, fermented, thoroughly washed, and carefully dried. The coffee is then sorted and classified as Grade 2, resulting in a pleasant, clean, and balanced cup.
