Originally focused on production, Dinámica has evolved into a platform that connects producers with international markets, supporting both sides of the supply chain. Through its operations, the company provides trading, logistical and financial support to producers, while offering buyers access to cooperatives, associations and smallholder groups across key regions such as San Martín Jilotepeque, Atitlán and Acatenango. Its dry mill, Las Cruces, plays a central role in this structure, offering tailored services including warehousing, green coffee processing and customized preparations for export.
