Fazenda do Lobo is a family-run farm located in the mountainous region of Minas Gerais, named after the frequent wolf sightings across its high-altitude hills. Founded and managed by Andrea, a fourth-generation coffee producer, and her husband Marcos, an agronomist, the farm cultivates varieties such as Yellow Bourbon, Catucaí, and Arara, with the support of their son Guilherme, who contributes to microlot projects and overall farm management. Committed to responsible production, Andrea and Marcos lead large-scale regenerative agriculture practices, including the use of biological inputs, cover-crop mixes, and green fertilization. In recent years, they have also implemented a coffee–soy polyculture system, which improves soil health, stabilizes productivity, and diversifies the family’s income. These efforts are complemented by agroforestry areas where banana and cedar trees create a balanced environment for coffee cultivation.Their work is supported by certifications such as Rainforest Alliance, Certifica Minas, and Regenagri, which recognize the farm’s sustainable management and integration of coffee within more biodiverse landscapes
