This coffee comes from Aricha Kebele, a high-altitude area in Yirgacheffe —ranging from 1,700 to 2,200 m.a.s.l— renowned for producing bright and floral coffees. It is carefully processed by Ibrahim Shafi, who runs his own washing station and sources ripe red cherries from smallholder farmers in the surrounding community. The processing is handled personally by Ibrahim using the washed method, which highlights the coffee’s clarity and complexity. His is a family-run project: his wife and children work alongside him, making coffee not only a livelihood but also a shared passion. The result is a traceable, quality-driven coffee, deeply rooted in community and care.
