Ethiopia Sidamo Grade 2 is supported by the Oromia Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative Union (OCFCU), a second-tier cooperative union that brings together member cooperatives and provides key services such as farmer training, warehouse support, and structured grading, preparation, and export—helping ensure consistent, export-ready lots. Sourced from Sidamo in southern Ethiopia, these coffees are grown at high elevations under good rainfall and fertile soils, conditions that support steady cherry development. The lot is largely composed of traditional Ethiopian heirloom material and produced by smallholder families using selective handpicking. As a Grade 2, it is carefully sorted and prepared to meet one of Ethiopia’s best-recognized commercial quality tiers.
