Conillon is Brazil’s variety of Robusta coffee, known for its bold character, full body, and high caffeine content. This coffee is grown in Espírito Santo, Brazil’s leading Robusta-producing state, where smallholder farms are located across hilly terrain at elevations reaching up to 900 meters. The coffee is naturally processed, with cherries sun-dried in their whole form to preserve body and enhance flavor. While full traceability to the farm level is limited due to the region’s fragmented supply chain, Espírito Santo continues to advance in post-harvest quality and transparency efforts.
