Grown in the southern coffee regions of India—Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu—this Robusta Natural lot reflects the depth of India’s coffee heritage. Produced by smallholder farmers between 700 and 1,200 meters above sea level, it flourishes under traditional shade systems that combine leguminous and fruit trees, preserving biodiversity and enriching the soil. Coffee is often intercropped with spices such as pepper, vanilla, and cardamom, a hallmark of India’s diverse agroforestry landscape. Harvested from December to February, ripe cherries are handpicked and delivered to local washing stations or processing centers, where they are sun-dried on patios or raised beds and raked regularly for even drying. The “Cherry A” grade denotes uniform bean size and careful preparation, ensuring consistent quality and a clean, balanced flavor. A denotes a screen size of 90% above screen 17. Indian Robusta Cherry A offers a dense body, rich intensity, and an earthy-sweet profile with subtle notes of spice and cocoa. Rooted in generations of traditional farming, this coffee embodies the resilience of its growers and the biodiversity of India’s southern highland
